it's always a pleasure and fascinating in equal measures to welcome Professor Angus daish uh Professor thank you so much for coming back you're welcome now I believe you've just been doing a tour of Australia where you've been going around with Dr Paul Merck talking about all sorts of things but someone recently said that you're just a just a oncologist so what do you know about these other things as well maybe we should start off by looking at your qualifications to talk on this what do these all stand for MD oh that's just my thesis which I did on uh retroviruses and cancer which is mainly about HIV in the end all right so you know about viruses as well interesting good yes and I think we should say all doctors in the states are MDS but MDS are a post-graduate research degree in in the UK my my basic degree is mbbs but I don't put that on or a BC in uh in anatomy yeah because the MD supersedes it cor correct so my MD is a thesis as opposed to a PhD I mean that's a thesis but MD is a medical one yeah and MD is like a PhD for doctors really isn't it yeah so what what's F frcp just fellow the raw College of Physicians and the Australian College of Physicians yeah and then because of all my published work I got elected to the Royal College of Pathologists and uh then the Academy of Medical Science again that was for on my research impact Yeah so basically you have been at various times in your career most recently uh basically an oncologist professor of oncology you've also been a virologist you've also been a specialist in HIV uh what have I missed out um well Immunology I've been a NHS consultant in Immunology in general medicine when I was at North Park yeah and uh then I did General uh oncology there as well but I really became full-time oncology and I moved to St George's MH y good so basically you're a lifelong physician and researcher and supervisor of research so it seems reasonable that we uh at least take your opinion on on various things and not dismiss you as someone did recently as just an oncologist there anything wrong at all with being an oncologist yeah now about a few complaints Gus I must say uh from people in Australia uh that uh said that your time ran out too quickly so tell me what were you doing in Australia and who were you with all right well first of all uh we started in New Zealand and we did a uh um Big Weekend conferences in Christ church and then we moved to Oakland and then we went to Australia where we did Brisbane the Sunshine Coast uh Sydney canra Adelaide and then Melbourne and it was quite a a packed tour I must say but in both New Zealand and Australia the most striking thing that hit me was the number of doctors and even nurses paramedics who' been struck off for participating in treating patients when the the whoever they were said it's says on the guidelines you don't treat people uh until they're blue and dying when you're allowed to call an ambulance you send them to hospital where they will put them on a ventilator and kill them a number of PE sensible people challenged this and said you know it is an Airborne the disease you should treat it like that and I I said that right from the very beginning but to find people who had been punished for this was just unbelievable taking to really talking to really good experienced doctors I felt really sorry and then there's the second wave of people who' been sacked for um either refusing to have the vaccine because they felt quite rightly they didn't need it I mean if you've had covid I argue this right from the beginning why do you need a vaccine if you've already had the disease you never give a vaccine if you had a disease for anything other than is say if you get rabies and that's because you vaccinate before the the thing takes off and that's about the only time that I'm aware of and then there were people um who would struck off GPS for deciding quite rightly not to give the booster to uh to patients who'd had such terrible reactions to the first two well I mean if you have a terrible reaction to a drug you don't take it again just because it says this is that what you have no you stop it completely and look for an alternative pathway yeah this this is incredible I mean if someone's allergic to penicillin you'll get your red pen out on the top of the medicines card and write allergic to penicillin and then you wouldn't expect someone to write up penicillin as the first drug to be prescribed it's just incredible yeah all all all common sense uh went out the window with this not of the doctors this is me I I would defend them to the end it is all common sense and how to manage this pandemic went out of the window from the very very top uh of the government all the way down and I am furious at all the agencies that supported this nonsense uh the Royal colleges uh I mean it's absolutely outrageous the the the BMA and the do all the doctor's unions Etc uh the and people who run the NHS the chief medical officer all the way down to the chief chief medical officer of the trust they all fell for this they must have known it was wrong wrong wrong and that's what I couldn't understand so the tour of newal Zealand in particular open my eyes to just how Draconian these great doctors were and of course both in Australia in New Zealand they're desperately short of doctors and nurses because they fired so many of them for being good it is really Dreadful good clinicians need not apply we'll just have a few crummy ones it's just yeah anyway yeah should we start off by looking at the uh your background here so we've got cancer vaccines and Lessons Learned what what should we say about this go well I I just dismissed this very quickly just to say I've been involved with dozens of cancer vaccines and we've learned very ma major lessons which are relevant to designing HIV in covid vaccine this is the whole point of this and uh that of all these uh ones we've done the most important is that if you go Target a single cancer antigen which is is the Vogue that the cancer will downregulate that the vaccine won't work within three months it won't work and it's where we found in retrospect the only ones that work with the non-specific microbacteria vac and oby which came out of a program to improve BCG for tuberculosis and their their wonderful commonality is they're both heat killed and I think that is part of the technique they are I mean they're dead bugs heat killed and so they're they're stimulating the in immune system there's no one specific antigen there're boosting and to me I think that is the secret of a good cancer vaccine you don't try and Target the tumor anden which everyone's been trying to do for 30 years so that so I raised this because if you've got an airborne disease and you don't know what it is or you know it say it's flu it almost certainly takes hold because your anate immune system has fallen off and uh one of the slides that I didn't have but I have in my collection is your Nate immune system is never higher than when you're a child and a young ad adolescent but it starts to fall off at 55 and goes down to your boots by the time you're 70 and as it gradually declines this is when you're much more likely to get flu and all the other infections as well as the cancer incidence Rises so having a policy to try to stop this decline from 55 onwards to me would be one of the greatest uh ways of challenging the councel because it correlates and of course that doesn't mean causation but certainly the more research we do the more the correlation looks like it is is causal and I believe if I was uh in charge of the medical service I would make sure everybody from about 50 had measures to boost their inate immune response then I Haven wouldn't have to waste billions on useless flu vaccines and all the other new ones they bring in and covid vaccines and certainly as I've mentioned before I think it's such an important observation because it was made to me I didn't uh go looking for it was everybody who had been on the agents to boost their Nate immune system for cancer their um Partners all said I don't know what it does for cancer but it's fantastic for flu and CS the guy's never has gone through uh the whole winter without ever being ill he's never ever done that before and that's when my ears pricked up that's all you needed and I I think mentioned before I offered this to uh uh witty and others who said it needed more work in mice you know a drug which has been given to thousands of people in its work up for TB yep so what the pharmaceutical industry is trying to do is Target one really specific molecule one specific antigen make some clever clogs vaccine against that whereas really Nature has provided all you need this microbacterium vaki or ensis if you give these in a particular attenuated form they're going to boost all of the inat system system upgrade your tea cells protect against potentially all infections and potentially all Cancers and yet for some reason having used these for humans uh you've having you use these in humans for decades all of a sudden now we need research in mice it really is is quite bizarre that this is is happening it's in a as well as bizar I mean defies belief yeah and you you you've actually tried to go to the regulator authorities so that doctors could use this as a compassionate prescribing yeah it we we have and I can you imagine that they they always Trot out you know long-term safety concerns well they certainly didn't give a damn about their covid vaccine roll out about any long-term safety concerns whatsoever it's hard to see why you would just giving a few dead bugs into a muscle uh that causes such a massive polyclonal immune response would have any Adverse Events decades or years later it's kind of it I must say it's hard to see that part yeah in the muscle it might be but it's intradermal that's it's intradermal Sor important because right right it's picked up by the uh the cells within the skin your langing cells Etc and gets taken to the lymph node where it induces A Real Fine reprogramming of the immune response if you give it intramuscular nothing much will happen in and of course that was where BCG was given so that's where the Insight came from yeah you have told me that before sorry I should have remember should have remembered that yeah it's just that I've never given intradermal injection so I've given lots of other sorts but uh and um I learned how to do it once but never actually given them yep so the the lessons that learned from this all of the antigen specific vaccines are fail that's what with the point we've just made really isn't it so we need this polyclonal response to upgrade everything I just love this idea that the same immune system that's going to protect me against bacterial and viral infections is also going to protect me against cancers it's just it's just too good to be true but it is true yeah but nobody's going to do a study for that under the current environment that is the tragedy yeah uh because one of the things I did learn when I was out there was I'm not the only person who feels that the the reason that this whole covid pandemic was being such a disaster is that it's really run and manipulated by the big pharmaceutical companies who control the not only the governments but they did it through the super governmental organizations such as the United Nations and the World Health Organization uh both of which I think are long since passed their sell by date and neither are fit for purpose and this was a tragedy that the uh the governments said they would do what they were told and now the who of course wants the governments to sign up so they will be in charge next time they release the virus and they will be able to tell you you must buy all these vaccines off us even though we haven't tested them and we don't know whether they work and uh you're going to pretend they're not dangerous I mean this is what taught me about this I mean why would anybody fall for this I mean the only people who who came anywhere near to this was Angus tnal in the Swedish fellow who said he wasn't going to have this lockdown nonsense because that again was dictated from The Who China what have you and anybody with half a brain who has thought it through and those in the great barington declaration and angers basically saw it for what it was that it would cause far more trouble than it's worth and even theet inquiry did say why did nobody do a cost benefit analysis on the lockdown and you mean was obvious why would you do something that ended up costing us a trillion pounds I estimate that's the cost a trillion pounds of our economy uh actually probably more because the Damage Done to generations of people at school University and their jobs and mental health and non-productivity is probably going to make that small small beer 10 20 years down the line in calculable yeah but the the the comments I get that are just so so outraged really is that you have this simple preparation that you and your co-workers have generated um I want to have it but you're not allowed to give it to me it's just outrageous I I want your intradermal micob bacterium to upgrade all of my immune system cuz I'm too old I want my immune system upgraded to reduce my chances of cancer to reduce my chances of all infections and my government does not allow me to have it this is just it's hard to get over that but uh and many many people watching the videos feel the same so yeah yeah and it's the same same government and authorities that won't allow you to have this which the company would be very very uh grateful to be able to uh make available but it's the same government that basically wouldn't allow you to have you know sens sensible uh precautions for when you got upper respiratory symptoms it might be Co the same governments and this and I say governments this is around the world I mean this is what makes it so Sinister it was exactly the same what I found in my colleagues from uh the United States and Canada then Australia and New Zealand it's all the same we now know Iva mein would have cured covid in in very ill people it's mean and number of studies which are positive yet thought she went on and lied and said it was toxic and dangerous horse only and I think that probably led to hundreds of thousands of deaths because everybody I've talked to who used it nobody has had a death from it and I myself used it on two patients who were really and really ill after they'd had everything else but didn't want to go to hospital uh and they responded to it so I I know from personal experience it it works so the same government wouldn't let you have that that won't let you have this so why won't they let you have things that we know are very simple safe and effective I mean itin is unbelievably low toxicity it's one of the world's safest drugs isn't it really safer than Ibuprofen or paracetamol or oh far far far safer I mean it's given to millions of people around the world and saves the Liv not only lives but the eyesight is it Center uh save 2 million people a year from going blind from the Feria yeah and yet has antiviral properties and uh should we mention now potential anti-cancer properties see we're talking about well I think the fact there's been Publications on it I mean I i' I've recently reviewed an enormous one uh looking at how it could be an an anti-cancer agent and even I was getting a little bit tired uh because there were so Mech many mechanisms it could actually give you some anti caner activity this is this is uh something that I'm very familiar with because I did a lot of work with lamide Cene developing lenol lamide and pomalidomide which you know that's what I'm really delighted to say because there was a big company behind that we got those on the market but if it was a small company they would probably just have been pushed away but Len L's number one uh for Myoma now even on the NHS I mean it's been number one use worldwide for several years but even the NHS means it's first line treatment uh for myom it's made an incredible difference the reason I mention this with Iva metin is that we couldn't believe how many Pathways lenol lamide interfered with and to the point where the company who was funding us to do all this basic research said stop doing it you're finding too many ways it interferes with things and the regulatory authorities don't like that own conclusion at any rate theide and icton have tremendous similarities and they hit so many Pathways which I believe is why they both of these drugs can be administered at non-toxic doses with significant anti-cancer activity and that is an absolute fact established with lenol lamide because of it's been approved Myoma lym worldwide over 200 countries an absolute I strongly suspect IA mectin would uh pass all those tests too and as well as that these can be used as well as conventional approaches to cancer treatment this is as well as radiotherapy potentially as well as chemotherapy yeah absolutely the when you're talking about using these drugs uh even though they actually work well by themselves you're actually making it more likely they will respond to to other treatments cuz you're patching up the cves that the other drugs don't deal with you know they they get rid of 80% of the cancer then it starts uh dividing again and goes through the holes that the chemo will never never reach so that that's why I think it's so important to add all this in at the same time and then because there's zero toxicity these drugs has l a little shown you can give that for years and the Fantastic thing about that is when you get resistant to it eventually sometimes 5 years you can add in the pomalidomide which is so similar and it will take over and gain control of the cancer I mean e to us this is just Unthinkable of how the mechanisms are but it happens and it's happened in in several anti-cancer drugs now where there's sequential changes to the the the the index drug just because it sounds too good to be true doesn't mean it's not true by any means exactly so are these new versions of theide now nonteratogenic that's very interesting they that this was the reason they they wouldn't let us do this theine yeah I I applied to the MRC and the welcome trust and the CR C UK whatever it was at the time they all turned down because of my applications because I actually seen patients benefit so dramatically on thei I said it mustn't Chu the baby away with the bath water they all turn around down my grants on the grounds that we cannot get involved with this it causes birth defects and I said look I'm an oncologist every drug I use causes birth defect not stupid enough to give them to pregnant women and it's very easy to do that too because of its uh origin uh the lenalidomide is very similar to theide it has the same limitations but it's not a bad limitation it's an oral drug you take every day for a month so you just can't get more than one month without a negative pregnancy test if you're a woman or a man who's reading to I mean it's just just the way they do it um but interestingly the in in practice we know lenide has doesn't have that birth defect uh but we just have to pretend that it does but it doesn't yeah it's reasonable to be cautious about yeah that's that's a reasonable precaution as opposed to many of the others that have been taken so so going back to the the the vaccines that you and others have developed here have you got a company that's up and running and saying yeah we can make these for you now oh IM modulin is the company IM modulin is the company making the IMM 101 and they're ready to go it's and if there's a there's a chart there this is one we published in 2016 it is a very simple multicenter randomized uh trial in which the standard treatment at the time for pancreatic cancer was gem cabin so all we did was randomized to IMM or a placebo um in fact not all the places use place because it's obvious if you have a little intradermal injection yeah and this is what you're looking at is survival I mean it is unbelievably effective uh survival because at the time we used gemide in it was it was only used for patients who weren't fit enough for the new more toxic regimens that come in so that the survival is even more important because the the standard patient we treated was so poorly and yet we had this fantastic Improvement if you gave IMM and Gem the survival was far superior to a gem site have been alone I just like to add though one other thing that can never ever um Tire of saying is that when I was asked why this IM theapy worked so well by a guy in in America when we presented it he said why does none of the other immunotherapies work in pancreatic cancer and I said well this is probably the first trial where we insisted that the vitamin D levels had to get into the normal range he subsequently he couldn't believe this he said I've never heard of this and I'm a very big pancreatic trial cancer person his name was Daniel vonhof and he was quite uh he was in and puffing about this but he phoned Me 3 months later to say he'd put somebody on a study to check he'd done 4,000 patients on different trials over over two to three decades and he came back and he said not a single Patient responded to a single chemotherapy agent if they had a low vitamin D level he was absolutely knocked out and the really good ones that they put down to the later agents as they came along in the trials that the responses were purely Cor Rel ated with the fact these rare patients at high vitamin D levels so this and so the with this it's one of the things of always said we're going to stimulate the anate immune system you must have a good vitamin D level first which makes perfect sense because you've got vitamin D receptors in every type of white blood cell you've got vitamin D genomic expression that depends on uh vitamin D dependent genomic expression in every type of white blood cell it seems it seems fairly obvious interestingly though that the patients with the high levels of vitamin D in the blood did they actually do better was there like a dose response there yes yes there was he confirmed that he said he couldn't believe it I mean he spent 30 years doing this and hadn't uh uh realized it was that simple well I I must confess that we took a while before we realized that the difference between a responder and a non-responder was the vitamin D we looked at virtually everything else and we only cottoned on to vitamin D when we were able to use the hospitals vitamin D testing service that they use for mothers and babies relative to rickets and as soon as we could do it for adults we found that it was it was the same the only people who responded really well to the the vaccines including the immune modulators like IMM were the people who had good healthy vitamin D levels it also highlighted that the nhs's idea of a normal vitamin D is really too low at least in this pathological situation it in the pathological situation because vitamin D is too low in the general population because this is a population that SP is uh very wh skinned uh and uh exists in indoors most of the time so it doesn't get a chance and then people who have got darker skins it is far far worse so they need definitely need supplementation it's interesting so for years you'd known that some patients respond to your chemotherapeutic regimes and some don't and the reason that the nonresponders didn't respond is because they were low on vitamin D it was that simple yeah it is that simple they're so obvious once you know but so what sort of levels do you like to titrate up to for chemother I like to get it over 100 nanom per liter yeah uh the NHS normal is 50 nanom per liter so that's it's far too low yeah so over 100 but that's still only about sort of 3540 n G per Mill isn't it it's not yeah and you know the upper limit of normal is usually 200 to 220 so it's nowhere near toxic no absolutely nowhere near and even then in your career have you seen a case of vitamin D induced hyper calcemia I it's it's very difficult to say in my direct question is no but I have heard of it occurring in children where the mothers are given ludicrous high doses because the kidneys can't take it you you've got to be very careful giving vitamin D supplementation in renal failure right and certain people with rare phosphate genetic pathway abnormalities apart from that you you normally just pee it out if any excess you have a thermostat and once the vitamin D goes I mean there's some people you can give gram too nearly and it'll never go above 120 interesting even though it's a fat soluble vitamin cuz traditionally I would teach that it's water soluble vitamins that are urine excreted here we have a fat soluble vitamin that's actually urine excreted you can test the urine and find high levels of vitamin D in the urine if if you give if you give large amounts it's just um yeah it just seems complete no-brainer not to do that is this done now in cancer centers around the country is vitamin D replete slowly but I just cannot believe the number of people I get referred for second opinion you know will you please see this person they've been on all the right treatment they're not responding have you got any sort of magic this that and the other and I find they've never had their vitamin D measured from you know big Cancer Centers which I won't name but and I measure the vitamin D and it's really low and so I that's the first thing I do Boost it up and I thought that should not be my job no it should the should should get to your professor to do that the junior should do that exactly anyone comes near me should have a very good vitamin D level it's not my job to point out you've just had a year of treatment it's a total waste of time because you got a low vitamin D level it's unbelievable and the human suffering and the financial cost involved in it's just unbelievable but even hospitals with uh very good reputations are are not getting vitamin D measured in a lot of their patients y incredible in fact the people who do push for it are actually the dietitians yes not the doctors not the oncologists the oncologists will say well they no good evidence of course there's good evidence they just never never ever bother to do the research on it so two very natural things the imn which is is is is the myobacterium attenuated bacterial preparation the vitamin D Perfectly Natural and and getting those two things right has got this massive benefit maybe just look at so that's pancreatic cancer um what what what is this one this that one was for lung but it came from an earlier study which was negative I have to point this out but this to me shows the advantage of looking at sub uh sub selection different uh components of a trial it is poo pooed by statisticians they say you shouldn't do it for lots of reasons but this showed that if you just looked in this group of lung cancer patients who overall had no real benefit from having IMM added into their chemotherapy but if you actually looked at those patients who had had four cses of the immune stimulation which meant that they had survived uh 3 months uh or more and you then looked at the subtype the subtype is either Squam or adno we found for the adno it actually had a benefit which had been drowned out by the bigger study and the adno for me was important because most pancreatic cancers are adno which is what pushed us to use the use the agent in pancreatic cancer right and then I've done it in prostate cancer too it's fantastic in prostate cancer because most prostate cancers are adno a vast majority but we've done a great series of anecdotes but could never get get any any interest in doing a a proper study in prostate cancer patients uh cynic would say presumably because it's so uncommon but there must be other reasons yeah you never see a case of prostate cancer do you yeah yeah um let's let's look at uh one more maybe that what's this one well that was the original that was melanoma we did melanoma and these were patients some of them being on Tri randomized with uh um other treatments and the vast majority were not randomized um when we saw a very strong signal with it so the green line shows our our 5e survival is to 60 there halfway and it goes out to 10 years as you can see yeah it's impressive at the time we commence this that survival was the yellow line wow which is it's a massive difference in fact the difference is nearly as big as for iil Lian which is the first im a therapy to be approved and which started to revolutionize it and that's another interesting thing that we showed if you gave the patients this uh IMM 101 or vaki first and then you they relapsed and you had to give them one of the new approved IM theapy agents which had a 40% response rate and we published this recently my colleagues published it we we showed if they were primed with theate immune boost and then they had the checkpoint inhibitor pemro kruder nivo optivo the various they're all roughly the same the response rate was nearly double with no added toxicity because you're upgrading the immune system ready so that is a fantastic uh outcome again we cannot get the the big farmer to be interested in this even though they're aware of it it's rather likely just don't want to know interesting the possibilities of the IMM the myobacterium vaccine combined with vitamin D and icin I wonder how many cancers that would treat well it's it's a study I would love to do um they you would call it a a basket or an umbrella type of trial it just all comes you just add it in and then you would just monitor are we getting better responses uh that's that's that's what I would love to do because you have the you you start from a position unlike covid vaccines that you know they're safe yes you know years down the line there are no no saes above uh two for any of of the uh studies and there over I calculated there's about 4,000 patients have had vaky or IM modulin because it started out from the big TB studies and so the there's no significant side effects just at the site where you give the intradermal injection you might get a big reaction there although that's good it means the immune respon is working to it some people worried it gets infected and we've uh swabbed hundreds of them they're never infected what appears to infection is a very strong microage which has very strong anti-tumor activity response so the inflammatory response just shows that it's working and we showed that it correlates with cyto kind changes that you measure from blood in your arm which are very expensive uh to do but we showed they correlate beautiful with reaction on the arm so once the reaction on the arm is really settled down if they've got a cancer you give them another one if they the cyto kind show you're getting a systemic benefit as well so it's incredibly practical and pragmatic the other thing that a lot of people feel strongly about and and I do if people have got say stage four cancer then then there is no real not to try these things so so you know anyone with stage four cancer prostatic cancer for example we think of the tragic news of s Chris Hoy over the past few days 48 with with with bony metastases from stage four prostatic cancer I mean anyone in that situation who wants to try icin and vitamin D and IMM should be allowed to yeah I agree I and then these patients would opt into this and then you would develop a cohort in in no time at all because patients will be opting in compare those to the patients that didn't opt in and a strongly as but you'd see a very profound difference in in mortality within months well I mean I've I've uh got uh prostate patients not I of metin but uh the the IMM uh aspect who uh have been completely stable starting on it I mean just no progression whereas before they were having progression so just that agent and vitamin D of course but and then the other the other one I've been using which is like the icin because I can get it is the lowd dose alone which I mentioned before because that damps down the chronic inflammation that is associated with cancer spreading so I would I would actually include that as well and uh and then with what we've learned with the eye of Ain that none of them I don't think would interfere with each other interesting to hear you say that they would with each other and as as we find that these drugs are EIC cases potentially we could start titrating down the more conventional uh chemotherapeutic agents the more specific ones we don't know that that's pure speculation but we don't know but what I can tell you is that uh in my career I have I've lost count of the number of people who uh saying I'm not going to have chemo because they knew people who had terrible responses with it or I I've persuaded a lot people to have chemo on the grounds the one the chemo I use like for melanoma it's not that toxic if you play it right and say you know you'll thinking of people who've had really um high dose aggressive treatment for breast or lung or something is it's not like that but I've met so many people who just said no way I'm not having it I'll try anything else and more recently you might remember uh being brought to your attention but Ellie mcferson was in the daily ma having uh said that she' got breast cancer and she had looked and done a lot of research and wasn't going to have any chemotherapy itself so even some high-profile very intelligent people are saying I'm not prepared to go down that room yeah they not the dry the D than suffer that amount of yeah absolutely but again you know I mean to these people iting should be available over the counter as far as I can see and they can they're simply free to try it collect the data then would know it's just I I I remember my wife saying she could get it over the counter for scabies for children that's mysteriously disappeared I mean ion does seem to be in really short supply despite the fact that they can produce it by the ton in drug factors it does seem to be getting very expensive and hard to find it's ridiculously expensive and I think this is far pharmaceutical manipulation I mean I'm prepared to voice my speculation because there's no other logical reason for why something that could be produced in the tons sold for pennies distributed to millions of people a day should suddenly become difficult and extremely expensive in the west yep my my last uh ones I imported were from over the counter from India so still AA we know it's still available still produced so um just seems to have difficulty diffusing around the world these days you want to mention this about the vit results I mentioned the about it boosting the um the checkpoint Inhibitors and I I put it the third line which says IMM enhances MDC that means myoid derived dendritic cells and natural killer and Gamma Delta T cell I was at a presentation these are all immune cells immune cells protective immune cells where where they different different people have done this work and they presented when I was at uh immunotherapy conference just before the the the lockdown occurred in America and I was staggered they people showed that if you didn't activate have activated myoid dendritic cells the checkpoint Inhibitors wouldn't work and they said this is what you've got to do to make them work and they go to another demonstration another day and another group would say here's the secret if you don't activate natural killer cells the checkpoint uh Inhibitors won't work and they can only be activated with the vitamin agent that did both of This indepth research and we've shown in a small study that it doubles the response rate so almost certainly through these these mechanisms that others have eluc elucidated so comprehensively yeah so that there's in your view there's no oncological treatment that would be adversely affected by making a patient vitamin D replete prior to the commencement of treatment no none no there's no contraindication here we should all patients should be vitamin D rep full stop that's the end of it period period yeah ABS absolutely yeah um what's this I think we can jump well actually this is very interesting because go for it this this was a paper published by in in nature Medicine by shantel's and the group which just pure looking through the literature what cells control cancer now the the entire industry of immunotherapy thinks it's cd8 and CD4 this showed quite categorically the CDH of the t- helper cells and cells at the top with the arrow there the Gamma Delta T cells now my group has spent the last sort over a decade ago for a decade showing that Gamma Delta te cells are the ones that you really want in cancer and they've shown that beautifully Daniel Fowler and others and the series of papers and here we have something that confirms it just from an observation status they didn't go out to show that they just said which ones are the most effective and they found it was the Gamma Delta and of course the IMM boost that Gamma Delta cell beautifully where most other imin therapies don't so to put it simply these Gamma Delta cells are a subset of tea cells but their activity is boosted by giving a few dead bugs intradermally yes the the Gamma Delta cells are basically a they are a cell midway between the very very uh primitive te- cell uh that has no uh recognition of anything particular and the adapted te- cell which when mature will see a specific antigen through cytotoxic T Cell lymphocytes will kill it it's halfway through there and it would appear that this is far more important than the highly evolved sophisticated Pathways which we've all been trying to manipulate yes so once again it's a Simplicity which is so attractive and exciting because it's it's very prag practical to so we have we have these fairly crude cells I'd call them natural killer cells is that right fairly lym just slightly more evolved than the natural K cells yes they obviously we've got a spectrum of these in the body precisely for this reason exactly it's amazing this spectrum of cells from from rather crude Thug that goes around beating up any cell it finds to to one with a very precise antigenic Target and we have a spectrum of these and because the the micob bacterium IMM is polyclonal it's got the potential to stimulate many subgroups of cells without a doubt I mean there's so there's so many different types of antigen uh in the microbacterium there there's sort of lipids and gangli sdes and all these various uh different presentations and I think that's why it is so effective because if you set out to make a product without using this as the stepping stone you would never think to add all those things in together you'd only ever do uh one or two at a time and that's the big mistake well it's not the mistake it's deliberate the pharmaceutical industry is tarting targeting one very precise thing because that's patentable uh whereas patenting a bacteria would probably be slightly more tricky for them well like the the Protections in the manufacturing process is that's really where all all the skill set is because it's very easy to produce a load and it's not effective so that's that's where the the skill set is in preparing these but but but your your mates could the skills ready to go what if they press the button they could prod the company May imagine them they've got the patents to to protect this uh so IM modulin could make enough to vaccinate the whole country within a few years years if the government said go yeah exactly yes the the beauty of this this is it you don't need to resort to gene therapy as I call messenger RNA you don't need to resort to this to produce uh millions of doses quickly these things grow so fast that you can produce millions of doses quickly you don't just like making beer isn't it you just Chuck a load in and them yeah that is the best it's like yeast yeah just like yeast yeah I mean they divide every 40 minutes or something you know get get infinite amounts but this this is your work on the HIV vaccine the HIV envelope that it has over 3,000 epitopes and the fouy and his colleagues basically have spent 40 years not producing his promise he proom I was at the meeting in 1984 when he guaranteed an HIV vaccine in 18 months 40 years later we still don't have it and the uh re for this is the HIV envelope has 3,000 epitopes no immune response can sort out the right ones to protect itself as part part of it the optimal way is to select uh four or five and the right adivan and I worked with Berger senson in Norway uh to enhance this approach after he showed that this approach was actually far more effective uh in reducing a virus load so that's what we did so the next slide just shows that uh by taking these epitopes uh and uh manipulating and optimizing them he was able to get a really strong immune response to HIV that dropped the viral load virtually to nothing in patients who'd been infected for years now F's uh thing was he it was he who would have taken credit if they' worked so we might as well and funded them so we might as well know but he basically uh did what I'd like to point out that Einstein said was the definition of stupid by doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different answer except they expected a different answer because they used different technology no it was the the reason it wasn't working there were far too many episodes so I put this up to say we immediately wanted to apply this to co that's the reason this is up here and we'd also found ways to enhance this uh so you know that that's it I just basically to say all this experience we knew exactly how to handle Co so I'd like basically to say that uh I discussed with these people I didn't need to tell them all this you know that we handled everything wrong the lockdown was a disaster the mask the distancing everything was a complete disaster and that we challenged it and I've mentioned before I challenged it so strongly and you know I was knocked away with you're the only one just like the post submasters and the Horizon only to find I've been to go to these meetings and I find there's loads of people said exactly the same thing and they were all told they were the only one divide divide and Rule divide and Rule Robert clamy was very very similar as you know it's been on very recently so that's what I wanted to pick out that you know we we we we did have all this problem we knew this as rubbish and that now we know that they lied to us about a whole load of things they did know a lot that they didn't admit to so the first one I wanted to deal with was the virus so if we could go to a slide that showed the virus had just been sequenced yeah just before we move on from that so so by taking say four epitopes four proteins on the surface of the H in this case it's HIV if you did that with the covid virus you could have done the same thing you you actually hit the nail on the head there actually these four uh peptides were from the nucleus and not the surface oh right they're conserved which is why oh right it was the logical thing to do they would have killed all varium but all variance all the Geniuses who involved in the wasting billions of the nih's money uh didn't see this even I understand that so you could have taken four epitopes that's four proteins that the immune system understands from inside the uh the SARS Corona virus 2 produced an oldfashioned traditional vaccine without any of this genetic pokery to that added an adjunct and you would probably got a vaccine that actually worked well yeah it I know it does work work well I know IMM Works cuz I mean tried that myself I'd like to go I wish I could try it yeah I'd like to go on to the um the next one the when the sequence was published in early 2020 it was published in nature We Know by force by the very honorable basically leaked it otherwise the Chinese authorities still wouldn't probably let us know what it was right um it's very well documented in Matt Ridley's book viral actually if anyone wants to go into it everybody assumed it was uh very similar to SARS and therefore was definitely a zoonosis and they failed to uh note the changes such as a Smoking Gun etc etc when I said they failed the Chinese Wuhan group that did the sequencing showed that this site was there and in the discussion they didn't mention it it was the equivalent of Nelson putting the telescope to his Blind Eye they knew it was there but they didn't want to draw attention to it so anyway so this is what I basically wanted to know if you could go on to the next slide yeah was that burger um and his colleagues there were really spot on whereas I was continually backed down said of course it's zoonosis cuz SARS was zoonosis SARS one yes so SARS one what was it it was there was an animal Reservoir there it was this was similar so it was assumed but basically My Cry was let's look at the science because this is remarkably similar to sequences that come out of this woan lab and have been published in in normal journals in the west so it's no conspiracy it has this come from the lab I so let me just see what we've got here go so so this nicely colored bit that that's the actual molecules that comprise virus this is this is the the the modeling from the the molecule put on all of electric uh um very sophisticated uh modeling data from known proteins Etc so that's basically the virus there that looking all what these little red things show they're the inserts which have been inserted into the uh virus in the laboratory now nobody's got time to go into all the details of this that and the other so you have to basically go up at gear when you put in a lot of inserts what does it mean it means that you interfere with the logical amino acids that these sequences produce and this is why Burger's observation was so seminal that I could understand it immediately without going on extra courses and it's that simple you can see there the yellow was the SARS Cove 2 had basically a charge of over eight whereas the ordinary SARS virus and that goes for the rest of them have a charge of less than six so this is a positive Electric charge just like and that's there because there's lots of positive amino acids have been inserted in Al together this was done deliberately yeah in order to make it more effective because nor normally they would they would repel each other anyway wouldn't they so you wouldn't expect a lot of positive amino acids do uh um cell cell membranes are negative so normally a virus will go hunting around the cell looking for a receptor right right so you got all these positive bits all clumped together all clumped together so that's going to electrically attach itself to the negative cell membrane you've got virtual guaranteed penetration of the cell it's the equivalent of a fridge magnet y it goes Wang locks on and you won't get it off clamps onto the cell and that's it the virus is GL to the cell it should only start attaching if it's got the right receptor and binds to it properly and the proper co-receptors so that to me was seminal absolute proof and I went away and looked at these in s and there were Publications saying they had put some of these inserts into cells to make them more infectious for human cells so how on Earth was this a conspiracy theory that was shut down I mean uh and I can say Matt Ridley says that he even took this up with uh prominent people in the Royal Society uh who told him no they hadn't looked at the sequences CU there was no point it was obvious it was a s what's the point of a Royal Society to look at the evidence Ian it's their absolute disgrace and if I could then move on the next slide basically lots of lots of positive bits there so am am I right in saying that because it's so positive it doesn't actually need a specific receptor on the surface of the cell to absorb into it would just it would just stick onto the membrane yeah well it's so well finally tuned for the A2 receptor it was always going to hit that but if we could jump on two slides two slides three slides actually Yep this one this is the one this is ideal we showed that it that the charge was so strong it was able to use receptors other than the A2 yes I've heard this I've heard and this was important it we could bind to um The co-receptor Binding domain was used by a uh eological uh receptor and but the ganglioside ones and uh glyc proteins Etc these it was able to attach to receptors that are involved in suppression of inate immunity taste and smell does that ring a bell it it does rather so so so so there's this explains why so many people lost the taste and smell you can with other viruses but it's usually transient but this was so vicious that I spoke to many people lost the taste and smell for weeks and weeks at a time yeah months yeah I think it's I think this explains so here we had this very good evidence and what I want to go on to that is that everybody said no it came naturally they search wet markets they chased dogs around and tested them and they still couldn't find uh this elusive animal between the bat and the human it did not exist that's why because it came straight from the lab beautifully protected so I want to go to the next slide now um just I'm not I'm not quite sure I can't quite see why the loss of taste and smell comes from that molecular architecture go what is it what is it about the molecular manipulation that well it's able to it's able to attach to to those no receptors oh okay so it attaches to the taste of smell receptors in the nose and the mouth and this was detailed work that I mean I person I see so it increases the amount of tissues it can it can bind to I would picked up that detail it was Burger did the detail but as soon as it I was aware The receptors were involved in taste and smell as a clinician I said yeah that makes sense and it you know we know that you can I did a lot of work with HIV in the CD4 receptor so I know that there's other things other than the main receptor that determine your pathogenicity things so I was very receptive to this but what I want to really go to and I think that this is the Highlight um I'm just going to go to the go to the next one I jump over Omicron because that just showed that it's very cleavage site that's the furri and cleavage site which was there but they ignored if you go to the next one this is basically the uh about Omicron and how it evolved so differently from the other and this is the reason I like this is because this was the perfect uh vaccine Omicron was the most perfect Corona virus vaccine because it was highly infectious and it wasn't the most the best virus you mean not vaccine best viral vaccine you could have so we go to the next one I want to highlight and I'm not quite sure we talking about the virus or the vaccine here go this is this is the well that's the vir that's the virus showing how different the that modeling had become in in fact it it had open variants and closed variants and the um the fact it was able to open and close it could still bind receptors but it could close and avoid the immune response to it right so so so the the Omicron is is much more immune resistant than the pre so we've got the Omicron on the right and the previous strain on the left hav we the the they're they're both the Omicron but the the Trier is open on the left and closed on the right and so the uh it it shows that that way it was able to avoid immune responses directly to the spike but I'd like to go to the next slide because this is what was became really important it was it showed uh and the South Africans reported this there was no difference between between the vaccinated and unvaccinated whether you got infected ill or dead absolutely zero it meant the all the first vaccines were a total waste of time this was actually good because it did actually cause an immunization I was Furious that the way London handled this they treated the South Africans if they peasants didn't know what they were talking about when in fact they were actually telling us the Clue the secret and these guys carried on with the lockdowns I mean this should have been an absolute stop the lock down they didn't even do that so the next slide is the really big important one if we go to that this this is it this is what we did right at the beginning is soon soon as we realized that this virus had had been engineered to be hyper infectious y um and it has escaped from the lab and basically we were silenced no Journal would publish it every every Journal turned down our work with the same words they said this is not in the public interest so how did the editorial board of nature science cell virology L how do they all come to use the same words this was set up this was organized this is what you do I mean it's unbelievable but this slide was the most important of all of this because I said if you can't understand charge and you can't understand escape from a lab yeah you have to understand this because a blast analysis shows that 80% of that Spike protein is homologous with human proteins therefore if you use the spike protein as the vaccine you are 100% guaranteed to get uh side effects from it and therefore you should avoid it that's simple you cut this 80% out but not one major company did this this is a really important Point here guys so what we're saying is 80% of the spike protein yes is is is is common with human proteins therefore if you if you give a vaccine that targets the spike protein it's inevitable that that's going to Target human tissues exactly and in fact there's now 131 conditions have being described as side effects of the vaccine why in Earth did they pick the spike protein why not some envelope protein or something else well well they they pick the spike but what is again Sinister that everybody picked the same Spike whether it be AED fisa madna the whole lot of them do we know want in spite of the warning and we made this warning very very uh high now we found two well-known homologous uh proteins were 100% homologous platelet Factor so that means they're exactly the same as the spike yeah yeah and myin well platelet Factor 4 uh that came out causing Dreadful clotting and platelet dysfunction viit syndrome that is very quickly recognized it killed the uh astroica uh program and uh I will what I will say about astroica we know this happened because they LED their side effect book open it was it was common knowledge and not manipulated like fiser and madna so fiser and madna said theirs is a dangerous vaccine you must stop using it but for credit to Asen really for admitting the mistake absolutely this is the point I actually want to make whereas um fiser and madna basically kept their side effect books closed for confidentiality reasons and indeed applied to have them locked down for 75 years well there's nothing like following the science if you lock down all your data for 75 years it means you're not following the science now the other one which is very important the myin yeah the myin this there the sheaths round about the nerve the nerves yeah I mean this this also arises with flu vaccines too might does it but yeah and Gillian bar which is the the disease you get when you get antibodies to myelin uh there a background with flu but because it was 100% on this one we knew this was going to be horrendous and I know loads of people who've had gilean bar including people in my own uh family uh who had the vaccine booster vaccines when I told them not to their GPS bullied them into it this is another thing that I'm furious about is and one of the GPS basically said that uh when they pointed out that I said not to have them they this again was pointed out that I'm a medical oncologist I know nothing about vaccines and Immunology roll your arm up and bullied them into having it and then they got U um Gillian bar and six months paralysis you know before it started the cost to the NHS is I've worked with these patients in intensive care they can be paralyzed for weeks and months exactly and it's a terrifying condition because sometimes they can't breathe properly for weeks yeah and it's I mean I know two people people in my small Social Circle and family who but paralyzed in hospital with Gillian B immediately after uh vaccine so that that means it is unbel and it's it's on the MH website where they use very rare if you know two people it's not rare yeah but completely predictable based on the biochemistry of the spike protein being the same as yeah receptors on here's the here's the real crime I use the word Wily they ignored it Sage yeah the chief medical officer the chief scientific officer everybody ignored this extreme warning and yet the whole pandemic response was predicated on the Absurd useless speculation of Neil Ferguson and his what I call teenage scribblers on their PlayStations Sly primitive computer modeling was yeah make primitive computer models making out thing and they said we have to act in case this is true this was 100% science and they chose to ignore it so he had an unjustified assumption followed by unjustified assumption yeah into an arbitrary equation that generated an arbitary outcome yeah and the government acted on that and ignored proper signs it really is quite yeah yeah it's understandable for politicians but their medical advisor should have been a bit more switched on I would have thought and the the MH and Regulatory authorities I have to put that down they are totally utterly incompetent it's the only what they're either incompetent or they were bribed to look the other way or both neither explanation is acceptable yep quite bizarre where are we going now now I'd like to finish on this for this section please do if we could y because when I stand up and do these things I might get that we're getting less and less problems but somebody would say stand up and say well it's very easy to be right in retrospect this is why this slide I think for this session would be the last one because I think it shows it is not this was all Prospect we had to disguise the uh it was came from the lab and affects how you design a vaccine we got it into the quar uh review of biof physics Discovery a journal I'd never heard of before and we had to change the title because as soon as it suggested it came from the lab every Journal turned it down fortunately the editor of this journal being a biophysicist understood the charge argument immediately and he said yeah that's really important want to put it in so that's how he got it in but the key thing is you've got the publication there from the middle ofation so it was all there and it was all submitted to uh cabinet and everybody it went it went through uh um well directly to Michael Gove who gave it to people who might know won't try and hide that uh but this last paper is probably even more damning and important um here it says this title is mitigating Corona virus induced dysfunctional immunity for that's what it does it destroys your immune response to anything trained immunity BCG and new old friends and here we actually do probably the best review of how IMM 101 microbacteria obn works in the entire literature it's probably the best review but not before we go through the following is probably the only review that reviewed all Corona virus vaccine attempts to date and pointed out why they all failed the reason they all fail is they have this amazing ability to induce antigenic sin or immunological imprinting yeah what this means is that once the immune system has seen the vaccine it won't see anything remotely similar to it it just pump out antibodies to this vaccine which has been made against a virus which mutates so fast it wasn't even around when the vaccines were introduced nine months later let Al you're producing antibodies to the vaccine but not producing antibodies to the the current virus exactly and this means that the antibodies are completely useless and they end up enhancing infection because they bind to they bind to other Corona viruses that look like Corona viruses but they bind to a bit and don't neutralize it bring it into the cell and enhance infection and this is so when it's in when it's in the cell the virus can mult multiply in the cell multiplies and we said that this will actually uh mean that the vaccines will be worse than useless they will enhance infection and by the way we just like to point out why did anybody who was developing these vaccines not note that all the attempts when they get into primates are fatal so why the Corona virus vaccines why are they fatal in primates everyone seems to have ignored that and not not bothered with that but I I didn't I didn't know that so so if you give the cor if you give the current generation of vaccines to monkeys it kills them no this was the this was the previous ones before I think you'll find they didn't bother with primates cuz they knew about this so they weren't going to do it so the bot the bottom line of all this is is that not only did this predict that the vaccines would be useless but also they'd make things even worse now the Cleveland Clinic has Continue to update to the point now where they show that for each vaccine your chances of getting covid go up it's now over three and a half times that if you didn't have the booster so they've actually charted it and give them their they have published this yeah they published it they started it was vaccin program for their staff and it clearly shows that the staff who didn't get vaccinated did far better and the people who have the boosters go down with Co well that's exactly what I observed in hospital all the people in my staff who had the boosters they were the ones you know were off for a week with Dreadful covid the week next and so I'd like to stop there that's fine go thank you yeah and then go go into the other issues so we can actually go into them in depth because it was there and as you say I couldn't do that on this program the most we ever had was 45 minutes yeah yeah yeah they were the complaints I was getting from Australia yeah yeah great for for now profess wonderful stuff
